Cagliari will play at the Rigamonti against Brescia on Sunday at 3pm (the referee for the match will be Michael Fabbri from Ravenna) and for Rossoblù fans there is a problem in issuing tickets independent of the will of the two clubs.
The determination of the GOS explains that only residents in the province of Cagliari are obliged to have a fan card and to buy tickets in the away sector.
