All is set for Roma-Cagliari , the postponed match on Monday, February 9th at 8:45 PM, which will close the 24th round of Serie A (pending the rescheduled Milan-Como match, for which no official designation has yet been made). Matteo Marcenaro will referee the match at the Olimpico. The Genoa referee will be assisted by Passeri and Trinchieri , while Paterna and Di Paolo will be VAR and AVAR, respectively.

This is Marcenaro's first appearance this season in a Cagliari match. His last appearance dates back to May 5, 2024 , in the home match against Lecce . On that occasion, the Rossoblù managed only a draw, with Kristovic 's goal in the final minutes responding to Mina 's opener.
