Robbie Williams' setlist at the Romazzino included some of his greatest solo hits, such as “Let Me Entertain You,” which broke the mold, “Rock Dj,” “Supreme,” “Millennium,” “Feel,” and “Angels.”
But also for the covers of great artists of the past , including “My Way”, made eternal by Frank Sinatra, a hit by his former boy band, Take That, from which he borrows “Relight My Fire”, the tributes to his wife (“my life began when I met her”, he says), to whom he dedicates “Love My Life”, and to his father, and the conversation with the guests who came for the occasion to the iconic Costa Smeralda hotel owned by Smeralda Holding, managed by the Belmond group.
The live concert that took place yesterday , the highlight of the gala evening of the Big Art Festival, presented by Eleonora Incardona and reserved for very few international guests, did not disappoint expectations .
Robbie bursts into the Costa Smeralda nightlife at 11pm, after performances by Natisa, the Esteriore Brothers, saxophonist Max Merseny, and DJ Katty Leen, and performs for a good hour in the live set that marks his return to Sardinia eleven years after the Cala di Volpe show.
The English pop star, born in 1974, dominates the stage at Romazzino, just as she's dominated the international music scene for thirty years. And some are already hoping for a hat trick, perhaps as early as next year, back on the Costa Smeralda.
