The path of the parties and movements that two months ago formed the centre-left-M5S coalition with the aim of defeating the centre-right in the next regional elections resumed today at the PD headquarters in Via Emilia. The same political forces present at the meeting in Molentargius participated at the table, plus Sardinia calls Sardinia .

Twenty acronyms in total who discussed first of all the method for choosing the gubernatorial candidate, also due to the fact that one of the conditions posed by the M5S delegates is a categorical no to primary elections . Today's meeting served above all to resolve a series of organizational issues.

The table has been updated until next Friday , still in via Emilia. On that occasion, a second level table will be set up which will have to draw up the programme. In the meantime, the political table will continue to examine the other aspects. Above all, the method for identifying the name that will have to interpret the government program.

Between today and Friday the parties will summarize internally on all these points. The Democratic Party, in particular, has already convened the regional management which will be held in Oristano on Monday afternoon. "The meeting went very well - said Dem secretary Piero Comandini - we shared the method for building a program that takes into account all the political, cultural and identity aspects of the coalition we are building". Not only that: «The discussion was useful for recording all the positions useful for choosing the candidate: the use of primaries or the synthesis by politics ».

The position on the M5S primaries does not change , confirmed the group leader in the Regional Council Alessandro Solinas , «but we have registered from all the participants the desire to remain united and work to reach a common point of collapse. We will all be able to work to guarantee the unity of the table and of the coalition."

The Progressives confirmed with Francesco Agus that they «are open to any system for choosing a winning candidate who is best suited to lead the coalition: the objective is to win the elections and govern well. That said, evaluations will be made in the next few days. Time is not infinite but today we found unity of intent and vision with respect to some points, first of all that of keeping the coalition together and not having the candidacy for Sardinia imposed on us by any Roman leadership ."
