Refunds from ASL commissioners, Truzzu: «New mess by Todde and Bartolazzi»
The FdI group leader: «Compensation beyond the salary provided for by resolution and contract. The department denies it, but other acts of equal rank would be needed to eliminate them»Per restare aggiornato entra nel nostro canale Whatsapp
"The reimbursements are there. Actually, no. Actually, yes. I don't know." The leader of the Brothers of Italy group, Paolo Truzzu, chooses sarcasm to describe the confusion that seems to reign over the issue of the additional allowances provided for the commissioners of the Sardinian health companies recently appointed by the Todde Council: according to the resolution assigning the positions - they will last six months - they would receive salaries equal to 167 thousand euros per year to which should be added reimbursements for expenses incurred for travel, food and accommodation . The department denies it. Truzzu attacks.
"On April 27, the Regional Council approved a resolution with which: it appoints the commissioners of the health companies, defines their compensation (equal to that of the general managers), approves the draft contract to be signed. Unusual", underlines the representative of FdI, "that a draft contract is approved by the political component and not the technical one".
In the contract, in article 4, "it is established that in addition to the compensation, the commissioners are also entitled to reimbursement for travel, food and accommodation expenses", Truzzu points out.
After the reports appeared in the press, "a note from the Health Department arrives that says the opposite: "The reimbursements are not due. They are already included in the compensation", it reads.
But there is a fact, warns the former mayor of Cagliari: «A note from the management cannot modify a resolution or change the clauses of a contract.
If you really want to exclude additional reimbursements, you need a new resolution and a new contract to be signed by the commissioners. A new mess in the Todde/Bartolazzi style».
