On June 12, Italians are called to the polls for Election Day.

Seats open not only for the administrative elections that will involve about 950 municipalities in Italy ( in Sardinia there are 65 centers to vote ): in fact, there will be votes for the five referendums on justice proposed by the Radicals and the League and admitted by the Council.

These are the questions:

1) We ask to repeal the part of the Severino Law which provides for the incapacity , ineligibility and automatic forfeiture of parliamentarians, members of the government, regional councilors, mayors and local administrators in the case of convictions for serious crimes .

2) The stop of the 'revolving doors' to no longer allow the change of functions between judges and prosecutors and vice versa in the career of a magistrate.

3) We ask to eliminate the obligation for a magistrate to collect from 25 to 50 signatures to present his candidacy to the CSM.

4) Remove the "repetition of the crime" from the reasons why the judges can order the pre-trial detention in prison or house arrest for a person during the investigation and therefore before the trial.

5) The question asks that lawyers, part of judicial councils, can vote on the evaluation of the work of the judges and their professionalism.

Seats open from 7 to 23.
