Radiolina ignited Ateneika with "The After Class," the most anticipated evening of the twelfth edition of the university festival, which once again transformed the CUS Cagliari di Sa Duchessa into a giant dance floor under the stars. The event drew thousands of people, confirming and perhaps even surpassing last year's already impressive numbers. From the early hours, crowds of students and others began pouring into the Cittadella, filling every available space in full compliance with safety regulations. A steady stream of attendees enlivened the CUS until the party, which lasted from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

Three hours of uninterrupted performances by Luca Carcassi on vocals, Manuel Cozzolino on DJ set, and dancers and performers led the audience on a musical journey spanning generations, from classics from the '90s to a few '80s references, through pop, dance, and international hits from the Bad Bunny phenomenon: a setlist that had everyone in tune.

But the undisputed star was the audience : in a splendid and continuous interaction between stage and dance floor, dedications and greetings arrived in real time on Instagram and from the displays displayed in the front rows, becoming an integral part of the show. Two messages in particular had everyone screaming: the first from a student close to graduation, who will defend his thesis on June 24th and who chose to treat himself to an evening of relaxation before the final sprint. From his colleagues, a message of encouragement that heated up the evening. The second was from a girl who partied on Monday and got married yesterday . This news sparked the enthusiasm of the audience, who paid tribute to her with the traditional "E gi das fatta bella" (She's already done well).

Even those who were absent made a noise: "Well done," read one comment, "if I were 35 years younger, I'd be there with you." And another: "It feels like Ibiza." The rhythm then gave way to a more intimate atmosphere and big songs to sing along to, from "50 Special" by Lùnapop to Green Day , in an atmosphere almost reminiscent of a summer bonfire, with hands raised, friends hugging, and songs belted out at the top of their lungs.

The grand finale was with Tazenda: all the cell phone flashlights were turned on, illuminating the festival area while the strains of “Domo Mea,” which has now become the canonical closing theme, accompanied the farewell.

A success that has become a fixture on the Ateneika calendar and renews Radiolina's connection with the university world. And an early celebration for Sardinia's leading radio station, which will celebrate its 51st birthday on June 19th.
