A meeting called "cordial": both would have agreed on "no" to Draghi

Meanwhile, Silvio Berlusconi does not yield to the pressure of the allies who ask him for an official candidacy. He is thinking of dissolving the reserve by Sunday, on the eve of the first call of the big electors to Montecitorio.

And the center-right summit remains on standby, even if Giorgia Meloni asks for it in a loud voice: “It has yet to be called, as I see it, it is inevitable that it will take place before the end of the week. If it is not scheduled in the next few hours, I will ask for it officially ".
Vittorio Sgarbi also intervenes on Berlusconi, who for days has sought consensus for the Cav with the "squirrel" operation. That of the Forza Italia leader, he says, "is a pause for reflection that he can use to find a name to indicate instead of his own, I imagine he can come out before Monday".
Yesterday a center-left mini-summit was held at Giuseppe Conte's house, with Enrico Letta and Roberto Speranza. At the end, the three posted tweets on the social profiles to underline the unity of the Giallorossi front, reiterating the need to dialogue with the center-right to find an authoritative and shared name. While reiterating the no to Silvio Berlusconi and suggesting that it is not at all true that it is up to the center-right to make a name (the latter thesis also supported by Matteo Renzi).
