A new piece is added to the mosaic of Sardinian politics.
On Wednesday 30 April, at 10:00, in the group room of the Regional Council in Cagliari, a press conference will be held to formalize the entry of numerous members of Possibile Sardegna into the Europa Verde party.
Leading the group is Maria Laura Orrù, regional councilor, mayor of Elmas and current group leader of Alleanza Verdi Sinistra (AVS) in the Regional Council. The choice, matured after months of programmatic meetings and a shared path, marks a strengthening of the ecological and progressive front on the Island.
Along with Orrù, other important figures in local politics also join Europa Verde: Giulia Andreozzi, Councilor for Public Education for the Municipality of Cagliari, Enrico Murgia, Mayor of Seulo, Andrea Spano, AVS group leader for the Municipality of Cagliari, as well as numerous councilors and municipal councilors, especially from the greater Cagliari area.
All the exponents involved are already part of the Avs alliance. With this choice, the ecological political project in Sardinia is further consolidated, in view of the upcoming regional and national challenges.
