"We must put pressure on the government regarding the commitments made. I will immediately contact Minister Urso and send an official note to explain that we are not satisfied with the times that are being extended without any prospects, asking for an immediate convocation for a meeting in Rome", said President Alessandra Todde during the meeting with Cgil, Cisl and Uil in Viale Trento which was also attended by the industry councilor, Emanuele Cani.
«We are all united to proceed in this way – added Cani – a letter to the minister to request a meeting as soon as possible, keeping the unions and workers informed immediately of the updates».
The Region, in solidarity with the workers of Sulcis , assures that the meeting with Minister Urso "cannot be yet another discussion table but must provide clarity: we have worked on a plan to give certainty to entrepreneurs also for the Sider Alloys and Eurallumina disputes".
