Porto Torres, from the atmosphere of Mildred to the concert of Sax's Friends
The eighteenth edition of the "Music and nature" review is underway

The stage is that of the square of the small church of San Gavino a Mare, in front of the enchanting landscape of the bay of Balai, the lights and the atmospheres are those created by I Mildred , an alternative-rock band from Turrita. The concert opened the musical review of the 18th edition of Musica & Natura , meeting a good success in Porto Torres due to the suggestive location and the pressing rhythms, which alternate melody and power.
Tomorrow, Monday 24 July, the concert season, curated by the artistic director Donatella Parodi, moves to the garden of Tenute Li Lioni where, from 10pm, the public will be able to attend the performance of the quartet formed by saxophonists with classical training, but with different musical backgrounds : Edoardo Rosa, Luca Chessa, Sarah Cannoni and Luca Vito Lanza.
An evening of music with the most famous jazz, pop and funky songs, a journey through different styles from Gershwin to Chick Corea, from Glenn Miller to Queen. A vast repertoire that ranges from the original compositions of classical authors such as Bach, Beethoven and Mozart, but also arrangements of jazz and blues songs, for a three hundred and sixty-degree vision of the saxophone.
