Beppe Dettori's voice accompanied by Raoul Moretti's electric harp will be the protagonists of the concert to be held on Saturday 29 July at 9 pm on the terrace of the Turris Libisonis archaeological area in Porto Torres . The appointment, included in the Estate Turritana program, proposes a musical project started in 2012 and which has obtained several awards (Archivo Cervo Award for the live album “S'incantu e sas cordas”, Maria Carta Award and a finalist album at the Targhe Tenco in the best performers section).

Admission is free but by reservation only. The appointment is part of the Animas - Sardinia World Music Festival review, and in the concert calendar of the duo Dettori & Moretti in Sardinia and on the peninsula. The event is promoted by the Municipality of Porto Torres with the collaboration of the Regional Directorate of Museums of Sardinia. During the evening the best of the long collaboration between Dettori and Moretti will be presented again, with a particular look at Animas, an album written together and born from a continuous dialogue and stimulus on musical themes.

«The arrangements, themes of the texts and their form represent what we are - the artists explain - with a product that is heterogeneous and not confined to catalogues. This is how ten original songs in Italian, Sardinian with territorial variations, inserts in English, Latin and the “lagheèè” dialect, plus a reinterpretation of a song by Peter Gabriel, translated into Sardinian come to life».
