A suffering that ends when Mitrou's triple hits the iron. Sassari beats the indomitable Brescia 98-95 and wins the semi-final championship against Milan .

The series ends 3-1 for Bucchi's team who made the masterpiece by conquering Brescia in game two and then outclassing it in the third game , but in this fourth match they failed to express themselves in defense as they know and risked a defeat that would have been sensational.

Brescia had to give up two injuries : top scorer Della Valle (right shoulder) and winger Gabriel (right knee). In quintet Moss and Brown together with Cobbins.
