For Sardinian passengers, air continuity offers an Easter treat . Ita Airways has adjusted its fares from March 31st : the cost of a single ticket on routes from Cagliari to Rome and Milan increases on average by 10 euros .

The decree of the General Directorate for airports was published in the Official Journal in recent days and leaves no room for interpretation: the fares for each route will increase between 7 euros and 10 euros (from 45 to 52 euros for flights between Sardinia and Fiumicino, from 54 to 64 euros to Milan, plus airport taxes).

Ita Airways has already updated the prices on its sales channels, while decisions from AeroItalia and Volotea are awaited.

A Cagliari-Milan return flight ticket, which now costs 153 euros, will ultimately reach 173 euros , barring reductions or discounts promoted by the companies. An increase linked to inflation, but the prices of jet fuel also have an impact.

Not only that: passengers also have to deal with airport taxes , which are added to the price of the flight and are paid based on the airport where take-off takes place.
