The Civil Court of Lucca ordered the seizure of two villas in Forte dei Marmi owned by a Russian oligarch , very close to Putin , and on one of which the former Juventus coach, Andrea Pirlo , had already paid, by way of deposit, half a million euros.

The complex - as the Tuscan newspapers reconstruct - is made up of two houses , connected to each other, which the magnate had taken over for an amount of 7.2 million euros, and then decided to discard them after the outbreak of the war in Ukraine. And although nothing had yet been defined, the athlete from Brescia had made sure to ensure the possibility of buying a property and, later on, also the second. On 30 May he had paid a deposit of 500 thousand euros and had undertaken to pay the bill (2.6 million euros) by 31 August.

The Russian tycoon, however, would have had to pay the real estate agency 250 thousand euros as consideration for the service performed. Money that, according to the agency's lawyer, has never been liquidated and which led to the complaint and the civil case , with the Civil Court of Lucca that blocked everything.

Pirlo thus saw the investment run aground , and despite the € 500,000 deposit paid out for an asset currently under seizure.
