The petrol station strike was triggered, also confirmed after the meeting between the Minister of Enterprise and Made in Italy, Adolfo Urso , and the representatives of the fuel managers who proclaimed a 48-hour stop starting tonight on roads and highways. Hours that will perhaps be reduced to 24, even if the petrol attendants are divided over the duration.

According to what has been learned , the national presidency Faib Confesercenti, in an emergency meeting, "evaluated and deemed positive the openings presented and already formalized with an amendment to the decree law". «In particular - explains Faib - the significant reduction in fines, the rationalization of the signage on the plants, the rapid convening of a supply chain table to address the age-old problems of the sector, starting from contractual illegality and cutting costs for electronic transactions".

Therefore «as a sign of appreciation of the work carried out by the Minister and his collaborators, and with the aim of reducing the inconvenience to the citizens, the Faib presidency has therefore decided to reduce the mobilization to a single day . The decision will be presented at the coordination meeting with the other acronyms, scheduled for tomorrow morning, Wednesday 25 January".

The organizations Faib, Fegica and Figisc-Anisa, opposed to the measures of the Transparency decree on the prices of petrol and diesel, during three meetings (one at Palazzo Chigi and two at Mimit) suspended the strike which was later confirmed despite an opening of Urso with a relaxation of the measure. But they have always said they were ready to lift the stoppage in the face of a convincing proposal , even at the last minute before closing.
