The price increases expected for the Easter period have arrived on time. Yet another setback for Sardinian consumers on petrol .

Prices on the island are among the highest in Italy, according to the update published today, March 30, by the MIT: on average, a liter of petrol in self-service mode on the island costs 1,909 euros, a liter of diesel 1,819 . Rates that go up by around twenty cents per liter if you get service at the petrol station. LPG in served mode instead costs 0.819 euros per litre.

In several regions, petrol is under 1.9 per litre, diesel under 1.8. Not in Sardinia, where prices are similar to those of a few other areas that share the sad "primacy" : Basilicata, Calabria, Valle d'Aosta and the Province of Bolzano.

Yet another blow has been served, therefore, and adds to the increase in prices of almost all consumer products, flights, restaurants and even accommodation facilities for those who have decided to spend a weekend away.
