Inter went into the quarterfinals, suffering but beating Parma 2-1 in extra time by an extraordinary Gigi Buffon, booed by the public for his Juventus past.
The nerazzurri grab the 1-1 in the 87th minute with Lautaro Martinez (after a long check by the Var to understand if Dzeko's offside was active or not) the Emilians three minutes from the end, avoiding an elimination that seemed by now written on the walls of the San Siro.
