"It is easier to win a Nobel Prize than to put a photovoltaic panel on the roof".

A sobering phrase that derives from who really won the Nobel Prize: Giorgio Parisi, who was awarded last year for Physics.

Giorgio Parisi is very concerned with the climate and energy issue and has decided to propose, during a condominium meeting, to put photovoltaic panels on the roof. A request that was not approved due to the endless bureaucracy that separates the proposal from the concrete installation.

The Nobel Prize in Physics asks us two questions, which make us reflect in this period of serious energy crisis: "Is it right to pass people through all this bureaucracy?". And also: "Given that the production of solar panels is mostly concentrated in China, wouldn't it be better to spot a production factory here in Italy?".

Paola Pilia emphasizes the issue in “Let's make the point”: the social column in Sardinian by Unione Sarda, in collaboration with Sardegna1 dedicated to information, insights, curiosities and much more.
