In Paris, a day dedicated to the recipes described by the Nobel Prize winner Grazia Deledda in her novels, cataloged and collected in a recipe book by the restaurateurs Vincenzo Palimodde and Tonina Biscu of the home restaurant Sa Horte de su poet of Oliena. About fifty recipes cited by the writer from Nuoro in her works, which have also become a traveling project that has landed in Paris in recent days.

In the French capital, the initiative, which has Gianfranco Zola as its exceptional testimonial, resulted in a series of cooking lessons to French students from the hotel school and also to a delegation of Brazilian students: thus the secrets of cooking were revealed to the very young preparation of filindeu, “maharrones de busa with walnut sauce”, “casadinas with saffron”, cattas, porchetto with wild herbs, aranzada, papassinos, pompia, and casu marzu.

All naturally combined with Oliena's Nepente and the Abbardente digestive. Objective of the initiative: to bring to France not only the products, but also the treasures of a land, Barbagia, rich in history, nature, culture and landscapes of great beauty.
