Convened commissions which then jump due to absences, the Chamber which has not met for months to approve the most urgent measures. The short circuit of this last phase of the legislature is evident: the Giunta and the Regional Council no longer dialogue. And Fratelli d'Italia says enough. «It cannot go on like this, these slip-ups must not be repeated, one cannot remain hostage to a few who have the habit of absenting themselves», claims the group leader in the Regional Council Fausto Piga, at the umpteenth session skipped due to lack of a quorum, « a greater comparison between the Executive and the Assembly is needed».

The law

The law on which the greatest expectations are placed is the one linked to the 2023 Budget approved at the beginning of February. Inside there is a bit of everything but no additional resources: the provisions of the housing plan saved by the sentence of the Constitutional Court, rules for the implementation of the reform which leads to six provinces and two metropolitan cities, changes to the health reform .

The session of the parliamentarian was scheduled last Tuesday but was postponed again. This time due to the unavailability of the budget commissioner Giuseppe Fasolino, who was absent with excuse.

The proposal

In the last few days, in truth, someone has also tried to do something to give a change to the action of the Council. Both the opposition and the majority came the proposal to remove some provisions of the connected, so as to bring them to the Chamber with the emergency procedure. In particular, there was discussion of isolating the articles on health care, and also that on urban planning, and having them arrive immediately in accordance with article 102 of the regulation. Among the objectives, also that of transmitting the image of a working regional council to the outside world. Everything useless. The president of the Giunta Christian Solinas does not agree on the unpacking of the law, for the governor the connected one must be discussed and approved in its entirety.

Criticize the opposition. "We are in the phase in which the Regional Council sabotages itself, preventing the most inoperative Council in the history of Autonomy from even discussing one of its bills", says the vice president of the third Cesare Moriconi (Pd). For Alessandro Solinas "the majority does everything to turn the end of the mandate into a ridiculous little theater", while Daniele Cocco (Rossoverde Alliance) speaks of "confused and improvised management".
