There is little time left, four days to adapt, then the fines arrive for those who do not allow electronic payments .
In fact, on 30 June the new rules envisaged by the latest Pnrr decree take effect, which provides for the application of sanctions for traders, artisans and professional firms that do not comply with the legislation.
The pos has been mandatory for some time, but no sanctions were envisaged, Draghi took care of this with decree law 36 of 30 April 2022 to heal this vulnus.
For those who refuse electronic payment, there is an administrative penalty of 30 euros , to which 4 percent of the value of the transaction for which payment by card or debit card was refused must be added.
