Green light in the Regional Council to article 7 of the Omnibus Law , one of the most important because it includes allocations for the categories of workers affected by the economic crisis linked to Covid, but who have not yet received any financial support.
This is the case, for example, of those who work in the shipping sector of minor ships for tourism purposes or in design studies, in the retail trade of weapons or ammunition, in the management of b & b. It also concerns freelancers and journalists.
For these categories, € 9 million of interventions are planned for the granting of a one-off indemnity of € 7 thousand.
The text establishes a 4 million fund for the development of production activities, 5 million are intended for micro, medium and small businesses that have not benefited from the Resisto fund, 2 million in particular for companies in the tourism, agro-industry and manufacturing, which have maintained and are still maintaining at least 60 per cent of employees in the year 2021, 5.2 million of funds saved by Sfirs for non-repayable grants, extracurricular internships and employment bonuses, training vouchers, scholarships in tourist accommodation . We then moved on to the examination of Article 8 which contains provisions on agriculture, local authorities, the environment and civil protection.
There is expectation for one of the amendments presented to one of the next articles, which paves the way for the restoration of the board of directors in institutions.
In the proposal in question, signed by all the center-right group leaders except that of the League, we read that "the regional council, within six months from the date of entry into force of this law, presents a bill to reorganize the entities, of the agencies, institutes and companies of the Region ".
