Irpef and Irap cuts, refinancing of the TV bonus with 68 million, new measures on bills and additional funds for the regions affected by the fires, including Sardinia.

The government has presented a maxi amendment to the Senate commission which incorporates the agreement between the majority parties on taxes. So there are news on the maneuver currently being approved, here are the main ones.

FIRE - By 2022, 40 million will arrive to restore those who have suffered damage from the fires that hit Calabria, Molise, Sardinia and Sicily this summer.

BILLS - Families will be able to divide incoming bills into 10 installments with invoices issued from January to April 2022. In the event of default by domestic customers, the provision reads, companies will be required to offer an interest-free installment plan.

The Arera will therefore have to define the advances to be paid to companies to offset the installments within the limit of one billion.

IRPEF - The tax collection system changes, it has four rates. The deduction system has also been rewritten, an Irpef saving-bonus clause has been introduced for lower income.

In detail: rate of 23% for incomes up to 15 thousand euros, 25% for incomes between 15 and 28 thousand, 35% between 28 and 50 thousand, 43% over 50 thousand. For incomes under 15 thousand euros, the bonus of 100 euros also remains, at least in part, even up to 28 thousand euros to avoid anyone losing out with the mix between new personal income tax, deductions and absorption of the bonus.

SHOW AND CAR FUND - There is a fund of 150 million in 2022 to support "economic operators in the tourism, entertainment and automobile sectors, severely affected by the Covid emergency".

The ministries of economic development, culture, tourism and economy will define the methods of allocation and the procedures for disbursement of resources.

COVID EMERGENCY - Also allocated 50 million to be allocated to the extraordinary commissioner for the Covid emergency for 2022. The resources are intended "to provide, in particular, to the costs of the logistical services relating to the emergency phase in progress".

SCHOOL - Another 100 million is allocated to allow the extension of the temporary appointments of the Ata staff of the school linked to the Covid emergency. The law allows covering approximately 7,800 fixed-term contracts in the period from January to June 2022, if we consider the average gross monthly cost of approximately 2,115.65 euros for each contract.
