«We need common sense, we need a step back on Truzzu. If Solinas is no longer doing well in Sardinia and the reasons are unknown, even in the other regions it will be necessary to re-evaluate the presidential candidates. In my opinion the most normal choice is continuity."

These are the latest statements from the national deputy secretary of the League, Andrea Crippa. Far from "no controversy": the clash in the Sardinian centre-right over the candidacy for the presidency of the Region is increasingly a national case.

The fracture on this side of the Tyrrhenian Sea now seems incurable. On the one hand, Lega and Psd'Az, who insist on the confirmation of Christian Solinas. On the other Fratelli d'Italia who, thanks to the verdict of the coalition table, do not give in an inch on Paolo Truzzu. «Our candidate remains Truzzu», reiterates today the Minister of Agricultural Policies and Food Sovereignty, Francesco Lollobrigida . And to those who point out to him the request to step back: "It's okay to ask", he replies.

On a day that began with the reply of the Sardinian MP of FdI, Salvatore Deidda, to the president of the Psd'Az, Antonio Moro, who had spoken of a "rigged table" ( HERE IS THE NEWS ), the intervention also arrives with a straight leg (not the first) by Crippa according to which «candidate someone more than your own party is not a motivation, but a whim. We expect", he added, "that FdI will close the gap on the outgoing candidates and start the electoral campaign in Marsilio as well as in Solinas".

Also on the topic during the day were the statements of the deputy prime minister and foreign minister Antonio Tajani (FI), who, answering a question about the administrative elections in Sardinia, explained: «We have always found agreements, we have been going together since '94».

And if there is chaos on the right, the conflict in the center-left also now appears unsolvable. While Alessandra Todde continues her electoral campaign, Renato Soru actually declares that he does not want to follow the Progressives on that side: the 6X3 posters appeared with the slogan "Soru president".
