The great American gospel of Nate Brown conquers Orosei with his group One Voice.

Directly from Washington, the famous American conductor offered an astonishing program opened by the Urisè women's choir from Orosei directed by Daniela Contu, the flagship of the island's polyphonic panorama.

The Orosei concert, wanted by the mayor Elisa Farris, was the third stage of the program of major events in the Cedrino Valley organized by the Union of Municipalities of the same name chaired by the mayor of Onifai Luca Monne who kicked off the program in recent days with the great live show by Tazenda opened by Tonino Pira's Melodias Arkanas and Bitti's Tenores Remunnu 'e Locu.

One after the other Nate Brown and his choir reeled off the great classics of the Afro-American tradition, unleashing the enthusiasm of an audience that filled every corner of the evocative church of San Giacomo.

In the finale, the American group, which will be in Irgoli today in the church of San Nicola at 7.30 pm, and the Baroniese choir joined in a spectacular "Oh Happy Day" which sealed an unforgettable evening for the hundreds of enthusiasts who arrived from the whole territory to applaud one of the great protagonists of international gospel music.
