Marc Márquez won the Dutch GP, the tenth round of the MotoGP world championship. On the Assen circuit, the Spanish leader of the standings preceded Marco Bezzecchi with the Aprilia and Francesco Bagnaia, third aboard the other official Ducati.

Pedro Acosta remained off the podium, fourth. Behind the Spaniard of Ktm, Maverick Viñales classified fifth, with the two Ducati VR46 riders Fabio Di Giannantonio and Franco Morbidelli with the Ktm Tech3. Eighth place for Raúl Fernández (Aprilia Trackhouse), ninth for Enea Bastianini (ktm) and tenth for Fabio Quartararo, who had started from pole position with the Yamaha. Álex Márquez (Ducati-Gresini) fell on the sixth lap and reportedly suffered a fracture to a hand .

Marc Márquez has equalled Giacomo Agostini in second place in the all-time top-class wins ranking, with 68 successes, and with his brother's crash he has extended his lead over his pursuers in the standings: +68 over Álex and +126 over Bagnaia .
