The bankruptcy court of Milan has admitted the new proposal for an arrangement with creditors presented by Moby-Cin.

A few weeks ago the judicial commissioners of Tirrenia had "expressed an overall positive opinion on the resilience of the plan" which provides for an agreement on the restructuring of the debt that Cin has towards the former Tirrenia and which on the basis of the "balance and excerpt" formula should bring the first to pay 82 million euros to the second, in extraordinary administration.

The agreement had been filed at the end of March, when banks and creditors bondholders of Moby had already given the okay.

The judges of the second civil section of the Milan Court have also set a meeting of creditors for next June 20.
