The pageant, which reached various locations across Sardinia, captivated the public at every stop, intrigued by the new format of the beauty pageant, born in the United States in the 1950s. This year, thanks to the vision of organizers Alessia Ghisoni and Cinzia Murgia, it focuses on the valorization of all forms of beauty.

With the 2025 edition of the pageant now over, wedding entrepreneurs Alessia Ghisoni and Cinzia Murgia, the sole holders of the prestigious Miss Universe pageant for Sardinia, recount the experience that allowed them to bring the event to the island over the summer, and are already looking ahead to next year: "The regional final was very exciting, and it crowned Nicole Monni, Serena Caredda, and Martina Bandiera as winners with direct access to the national stage: three splendid girls who came within a whisker of triumph. On August 25th, the final stage began in Puglia, which resulted in the 21 girls who participated in the final round, held on August 31st. The Sardinian girls performed very well, but Lucilla Nori, from Lazio, the new Miss Universe Italy, will represent our country at the world final in Thailand. We can be very satisfied with all the work done to get this far and we are happy to announce that we will soon reopen the selections for the Miss Universe 2026 casting. The new year awaits us to share more wonderful views of Sardinia, so we invite all the girls of the island to register: we will also use social media to search for the new face of Miss Universe Sardinia 2026.
