“Minima Juridica. Legislative aspects of landscape protection ”is the first monthly appointment promoted by the Friends of the National Archaeological Museum of Cagliari. The meeting is scheduled for today, March 5th, from 9.30 to 11.30 in the conference room of the Pinacoteca of Cagliari. It can also be followed in streaming on UnioneSarda.it.

In the various days we will talk about the relationship of cultural heritage and landscape with the current legislation in order to deepen the art. 9 of the Constitution, according to which “the Republic promotes the development of culture and scientific and technical research. It protects the landscape and the historical and artistic heritage of the nation ".

The issue, starting from the provisions of the law regarding the protection of the landscape, is dealt with by several voices with different competences but such as to be mutually integrated through examples, specific cases, references.

The meeting is introduced by Franco Masala, president of the Friends Association of the National Archaeological Museum of Cagliari, with the coordination of Nicola Zoccheddu, secretary of the Friends of the Museum Association.

Speakers Francesco Muscolino, director of the National Archaeological Museum of Cagliari, Paolo Scarpellini, former regional director of the Ministry of Culture, Fiorella Pilato, former magistrate and member of the CSM and director of the Friends of the Museum Association, Nicola Migheli, sociologist, Cagliari - Sarda Bellezza.
