Messi-Ronaldo, new chapter: “The Last Dance” in Riyadh in February
The Argentine's Inter Miami will face the Portuguese's Al Nassr: perhaps the last act in the rivalry of the century
February 1st. The date is already set on the calendar and, although it is only a friendly match, it risks going down in the history of world football. In Riyadh, Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo will face each other, perhaps for the last time, bringing a new chapter to their famous rivalry.
The Argentine's Inter Miami , in fact, will play a pre-season match against Cr7's Al Nassr : the last time the two faced each other dates back to last January, when Paris Saint Germain (where Messi was playing at the time) had challenged a team from the Saudi championship in a friendly match.
Now "The Last Dance", also useful for testing the level of the respective championships. To find an official challenge, however, you have to go back to three years ago: in the Champions League groups, Juventus overwhelmed Barcelona at Camp Nou, thanks to a brace from Ronaldo and a goal from McKennie.
