The scene from the headboard that Zinedine Zidane trimmed to Marco Materazzi in the Italy-France 2006 World Cup final, reproduced in terracotta by the San Gregorio Armeno crib craftsman Genny Di Virgilio , was purchased by the same former international and Inter defender, on holiday in Naples for a sightseeing tour.
"Materazzi - as Di Virgilio recounts - stayed a long time in my laboratory asking a thousand questions about the art of the nativity scene but when I showed him the scene of the headboard, which I created some time ago, he burst out laughing and l 'he necessarily wanted to buy, accepting only a lucky horn as a gift".
