Massimiliano Allegri is the new coach of Milan . After a day of contacts, this evening the Tuscan coach signed a two-year contract with the Rossoneri club, with an option for a third year, with a salary of around five million per season . The intervention of the new sporting director, Igli Tare, was decisive, choosing reliability and experience to revive the fortunes of the Rossoneri team, while still following the directives of the managers.

Now all that is missing is the official announcement, which is expected in the next few hours. In the meantime, Milan has officially dismissed Sergio Conceicao : the club and the coach "will not continue their journey together in the next sports season", as stated in a short note, with the club "thanking Sergio and his staff for the commitment, professionalism and dedication shown at the helm of the first team in recent months. The Rossoneri family - the statement continues - bids farewell to the coach who contributed to the conquest of the 50th trophy in the history of Milan , wishing him the best for his future".

Allegri, therefore, eleven years after the last time, will return to cross the threshold of Milanello and will sit on the Rossoneri bench at San Siro. Thus begins a new cycle after a year of disappointments, culminating with the exclusion of the Devil from the European cups .

The salary will be significantly higher than that of Sergio Conceicao or Paulo Fonseca. But the task that the Tuscan coach will have will not be easy at all. First of all, the group must be created.
