Again in his Sardinia, but only for a short holiday and for the third Camp in Santa Teresa Gallura. Marco Spissu from Sassari has in fact another year of contract with Reyer Venice, eliminated in the quarterfinals by Dinamo.
Not only that, point guard Spissu is part of the national team that will play in the Fiba World Cup at the end of August. The Azzurri coached by Pozzecco, another ex from Sassari, will meet in Folgaria on July 24 and then play no less than seven friendlies to prepare for the World Cup in Manila . The national team was placed in the group with Angola, the Dominican Republic and the Philippines.
From 26 June to 2 July instead Marco Spissu will be busy with the third edition of his camp which takes place in the Mclub Marmorata in Santa teresa Gallura. No less than 215 members aged 8 to 16 years. In just three days the seats were sold out, demonstrating the following of the Sassari point guard, so much so that for next year there are plans to double and do two rounds of camp.
