Clash in the House on the rule provided for in the budget law which concerns the contrast of the disadvantages deriving from insularity , but also on the half-billion amendment for the Municipalities, removed due to lack of coverage amid the protests of the oppositions . And again on the bonus for eighteen-year-olds , the flagship standard of the Renzi government and revised and corrected by Minister Gennaro Sangiuliano but on which the Accounting Department requests a clarification necessary to specify the fate of those born in 2004 who will receive the bonus in 2023 and therefore with the current legislation.

Between corrections and adjustments, late yesterday evening the government's request for confidence arrived in the House after yet another day of high tension.

One of the points under discussion is the law on the establishment of the "National Fund to combat the disadvantages deriving from insularity" , with an endowment of 2 million a year for the three-year period 2023/2025 divided into a Fund for strategic investments and a Fund for compensation for disadvantages: it is "difficult to implement" , according to the findings of the State Accounting Office. «The fund - it is underlined - is intended for both current and investment interventions. It should be noted that the law is difficult to implement due to the lack of an implementing tool. In the absence of changes by the sector administration, it will be difficult to implement ».

Tensions also over the opposition's request to scrap the measure concerning hunting in the city . On which, however, comes the stop of the presidency. After the general discussion , the vote for the expected referral to the commission for the correction of the measure on the Municipalities which according to the majority would have entered into the maneuver by mistake and not covered . But which according to the opposition would instead have been covered up and therefore removed only for political reasons.

The findings of the Accounting Office concern 44 points of the budget law, including the bonus for eighteen-year-olds and smart working for the frail . On this second point, a new formulation is proposed with the annexed coverage to provide for the replacements of professors who are granted the agile working method.

In the meantime, time is running out: according to the predictions of the Montecitorio regulation, the call will start not before tonight. And then it will be a night marathon for the final vote and agendas to get to the green light at dawn on Saturday . Or even at lunchtime. All net of new stumbling blocks which, as demonstrated in recent days, are always possible. To complicate things there is also the interlocking of the classroom programs . If the go-ahead for the maneuver were to be sensationally postponed to Monday , the final approval of the rave decree which expires on December 30 would be almost impossible .
