The first real news on the budget law appears , from the bonus for the purchase of "green" houses to the new changes on extra profits, up to the agreement on minimum pensions of 600 euros for the over 75s, on which Forza Italia has pushed above all.

A further tightening of the citizen's income is also being assessed, reducing the months of subsidy from 8 to 7 and saving around 200 million.

To encourage the recovery of the real estate market, the deduction of 50% of the amount paid for VAT arrives for purchases of highly energy-efficient houses (in class A and B) made by 31 December 2023. Small reverse by the executive also on the "excerpt" of folders up to 1,000 euros , which ended up in the EU's sights: postponed from 31 January to 31 March 2023 and fines could be excluded, allowing the Municipalities not to apply the rule.

Two measures removed from the Aiuti quater decree will also enter the maneuver: the extension to 31 December 2022 of the Cilas for the 110% superbonus and the "save-sport" rule, which allows the payment in 60 installments of payments suspended due to Covid, sports clubs, federations and promotional bodies.

Meanwhile, the pos is tightening , for which a reduction in the threshold from which fines are triggered from 60 to 30-40 euros is being evaluated and a one-year extension, until 31 December 2023, for Investimenti Sud, the tax credit on investments in the southern regions.
