Hundreds of books are on display, with seven Sardinian publishing houses, including Catartica, Nor, Condaghes, Ischìre, Barbaro, Abbà, and Angelica, offering the public a selection of their works. They will combine regional offerings with overseas voices through books, performances, and discussions. The exhibition opens tomorrow, marking the 24th edition of the Sardinian book fair, with the theme "Bridges of Ink. Reading to Meet," promoted by the municipal administration, the Cultural Services Center, and the Region.

The first day will take place entirely in the Tamuli Pavilion of the Cultural Services Center and will begin at 10:00 a.m. with the inauguration of the exhibition stands. This will be followed by the event, attended by local authorities, the municipal administration, and representatives of the Region. The event offers a wide-ranging program, with various meetings and workshops for over three thousand students from schools of all levels from all over the island. These activities are organized in collaboration with the municipal library, the Binna Dalmasso comprehensive school, and the Galilei scientific high school in Macomer, which have provided their spaces for the workshops and a lecture hall to host the author talks. This is the first event on the island, which for years has featured high-level cultural events, with the participation of numerous authors and figures who make the island great around the world.
