The changes to the M5S statute were also approved in the second vote. The quorum was around 65%, exceeding - as Pentastellate sources recall - the previous time which was 61%. There were 4 thousand more voters.

Among the approved changes (with 80.56% of the preferences) was also the elimination of the role of the Guarantor Beppe Grillo.

"The M5S has revoted. It has revoted en masse: quorum largely exceeded with an even higher turnout than two weeks ago. This is the disruptive wave of a community that knows no limits and obstacles, in which everyone really counts. Now we turn the page - comments the M5S leader Giuseppe Conte -. The Movement is refounding itself on the indications that arrived with Nova from the members. We move forward with great strength, with the pride of what we have done but with our eyes fixed on the future. We have an immense passion and many battles to fight all together to change the country".
