The opinion of the Council of Local Authorities on the bill for the administration of health companies? It is not necessary. And it will not be requested. The president of the sixth commission Carla Fundoni (PD) made it official a short while ago: «From the offices of the Presidency of the Council a communication has arrived that there will be no need to go through the opinion of the CAL». So the time for entry into the Chamber is getting shorter. Tonight in the parliament the first green light for the reform will arrive. After that, the ten days available to the opposition for the minority report will pass and, presumably, the bill could arrive on the benches of the Assembly as early as February 25. With the opinion of the CAL, another fifteen days would have been needed.

Very polemical minority: «Times are shortened, but democracy is also shortened», says the leader of the Reformers Umberto Ticca, «the cut in the consultation of local authorities is a serious act, it was decided to evaluate the individual words so as not to ask the opinion of the Cal». The reason is linked to the fact that in the text there are no references to local autonomies. But, continues Ticca, «we believe that the autonomies should be able to express an opinion on a law that in fact affects the citizens».

In the hypothetical session of the 25th, the third month of provisional exercise will also be voted on. The Council is instead certainly convened for the 18th: among other things, the agenda could include the motion on the conflict of attribution between the State and the Region regarding the order of dismissal of President Alessandra Todde pronounced by the electoral college of the Court of Appeal.
