Juventus suffered a defeat at the Bernabeu on Matchday 3 of the Champions League group stage. Tudor's team held their own against Real Madrid but succumbed to Belligham's goal in the 58th minute, the result of a splendid move by Vinicius. It was the goal that decided the match, which ended 0-0.

This is the second consecutive defeat for Tudor, who hasn't won in seven matches, since the 4-3 defeat against Inter on September 13th. Juventus thus remains stuck on two points, currently outside the 24 teams that will qualify for the knockout stage, but they still have a long way to go.

Atalanta's result wasn't entirely satisfactory either, held 0-0 at home by Slavia Prague. Juric's men now have four points.

With yesterday's results, the Italian teams' record is one win, one draw, and two defeats.
