Cagliari also appears in the investigations for which the FIGC prosecutor's office, in 72 pages of referral, has referred Juve and its former managers to the sporting trial before the national federal court.
In addition to the salary maneuvers for two seasons and relations with agents, the partnership "for confidential agreements" with six clubs is also in the sights.

According to the FIGC prosecutor's office, Juve would have entered into confidential agreements with the clubs in question: they negotiated players without depositing contracts in the League or depositing contracts other than the real ones, thus maintaining a conduct of "clear circumvention of federal legislation".
The positions of the six clubs will be assessed with the investigation still ongoing.
Also in this line of inquiry the black and white people are accused of sporting disloyalty. The ruling on the capital gains case is expected on Monday.
