The investigation into Juventus ' capital gains continues. And, from what we learn, the Turin prosecutor has registered another person in the register of suspects, which already includes, among others, the leaders of the club, Agnelli and Nedved, and the former director of Fabio Paratici. The new name is that of the lawyer Cesare Gabasio, General counsel of the Juventus club.

Meanwhile, the prosecutors have ordered a new search of the club headquarters. The magistrates took the initiative after the interrogations in recent days of the managers heard as witnesses.

According to the rumors, the inspection in the offices would concern in particular the relations between Juventus and Cristiano Ronaldo, who has spent this season at Manchester United, to investigate which investigators are trying to acquire documents.

The initiative is to be connected to the existence of a mysterious "private agreement", which is thought to be inherent in the sale of the sample to the English team: a document that could be relevant for the purposes of the correctness of the 2021 budget.

The existence of such a document emerged in an interception, where the investigators heard the following sentence: "If that paper turns up we have ... everything on the budget jumped at our throats." The managers Cesare Gabasio and Federico Cherubini, both under investigation, spoke about it on 23 September this year.

The Turin investigation as a whole focuses on some capital gains in the club's balance sheets "characterized - write the prosecutors - by fraudulently increased values". There is talk of 282 million euros in three years.
