Itinerant tourism, “Itineraries in the villages” starts from Semestene

Next weekend, from Friday to Sunday, Semestene will host the inaugural stage of the second edition of Itinerari nei borghi.

The event organized by ASD In Sardegna and the Associazione di Promozione Sociale Camperisti Torres accompanies tourists, campers, outdoor enthusiasts or simply curious people to discover the charming villages of Sardinia.

The program - Friday afternoon will start with traditional Sardinian games that will involve all the boys and girls of the Pozzomaggiore Comprehensive Institute. Saturday, starting at 4 pm, activities dedicated to adults, with an operational base at the Social Center with weaving and weaving workshops, and food and wine. Before the Community Dinner (8 pm), there will be space for debate with the presentation of the project Sardegna on the road – La Sardegna che benvenuti, organized by the APS Camperisti Torres.

On Sunday, starting at 9 am, the tourist cycle ride in the Mejlogu area, a project by Sardegna, Sport & Natura, will start, while the archaeologist Luca Sanna will lead the narrated excursion in the area that will lead to the nuraghe S'Iscolca.

From 11:00 am Urban Orienteering, open to families and small groups, who under the careful guidance of Corrado Conca of Adventure Guide will be able to live an extraordinary experience that will allow them to discover, observing with a curious eye, the places and history of Semestene. To close, lunch based on zichi bread and sheep .
