"I wanted to find out what it feels like to kill." These are the words of the 17-year-old accused of the premeditated murder of Maria Campai , the 42-year-old Romanian contacted on a dating chat and who died on September 19 in the garage of his home in Viadana. According to the Gazzetta di Mantova, the words were said by the young man in front of the police, in a sort of confession.

The boy did not show any signs of remorse. Passionate about martial arts, he killed the victim with his bare hands, having first repeatedly searched online on how to do it. The woman's body was found in the garden of an abandoned house after seven days of searching.

Her disappearance had raised the alarm. Since last Friday they had also been looking for her with molecular dogs and her case had been brought to the attention of the Rai program “Chi l'ha visto”.
