Twenty-year-old shot dead: the murderer is constituted

The alleged murderer of Andrea Gaeta, the 20-year-old boy shot dead in Ortanova , in the province of Foggia, was constituted .

This is Mirko Tammaro, 26, a resident of the country, already known to the police and entrusted to social services for a year.

At the moment the hypothesis of the configured crime is that of voluntary murder and illegal possession and carrying of a common firearm.

The investigations are conducted by the carabinieri, who in these hours have found and confiscated the gun used to commit the crime , which after the shooting was thrown in the fields.

The lifeless body of the victim was found in a car, instead of the driver. As for the motive, it would seem that the two young people had a fight because one of the two would have given insistent attention to the girlfriend of the other . Everything seemed to have ended there but after a few hours the killer reached the victim on the outskirts of the town, targeting her with at least five gunshots .
