Michele Corvino, a trapper who goes by the name "Daytona KK," with two albums to his credit, the latest released this year, and tens of thousands of listeners on his platforms, was arrested in Milan by the police Flying Squad for drug possession with intent to sell, on orders from the prosecutor on duty. Investigators found and seized over 2.8 kg of marijuana, over 3 kg of hashish, 8 grams of cocaine, and 212 grams of "wax," a type of "gummy" marijuana, in his car and home.

Corvino, 31, who was born and lives in Milan and has the two Ks of his stage name tattooed on his face , was arrested yesterday afternoon after investigators stopped him while he was in his car.

His home was then searched. All the seized drugs were divided into different "wraps." The 31-year-old, represented by lawyer Marco Gatti, has a criminal record for drug dealing and will be tried on a fast-track trial, after the precautionary measure has been decided following the validation hearing.
