Tragic accident on the highway, father and 11-year-old son die

Dramatic accident this night, shortly after one o'clock, on the A21 Piacenza-Turin motorway, in the section between the Casteggio (Pavia) and Voghera (Pavia) toll booths along the carriageway leading to the Piedmontese capital.

To lose their lives, father and son , aged 45 and 11, French living in Paris. Another 8 injured were registered, including the couple's wife and two other children.

The injured, transported by ambulance to the hospital in Voghera (Pavia) and the Policlinico San Matteo in Pavia, are not in critical condition.
