Emo Gruppioni has won its battle.

In the condominium of Borgo Panigale (Bologna) where the 83-year-old disabled Bolognese lives, forced into a wheelchair after a stroke, an elevator will finally be installed that will allow him to leave his house on the third floor.

According to Confabitare, the Association of Property Owners, the condominium who had challenged the resolution for the installation of the lift is oriented "to retrace his steps".

THE EVENT - The case had also become the media thanks to the intervention of J-Ax, outraged by the impasse in which Gruppioni found himself.

The 110% super bonus would have made the installation of the lift substantially free, but one of the tenants was still opposed, effectively prolonging the dramatic situation in which Gruppioni had lived for 15 years.

THE REACTIONS - "We are happy that Emo Gruppioni has won its battle and can insert the condominium elevator within the Superbonus - the comment of the national president Confabitare, Alberto Zanni -: he succeeded thanks, above all, to the recklessness of his daughter Elisa who never gave up. We must not abandon this family right now, because the elevator will be built, but we must help them to break down the other barriers, architectural and otherwise, that limit their lives ".

Now, says Elisa Gruppioni, "I want to hope for an awareness of the condominium who has retired and also of the other 10 who did not want the elevator: sometimes one is engrossed in one's daily life and does not realize the infinite opportunities that arise. they have to help our neighbor ".
