Four of the five defendants acquitted for the alleged sexual assault against Sara Tommasi.

The Court of Salerno established it.

The Narni showgirl's allegations date back to 2012: the 41-year-old said she was raped by 5 men in a farmhouse in Buccino where she was supposed to do a shooting for a charity calendar.

Tommasi said that there hadn't been any shooting that day: she was drugged and raped, it's her version, with the whole scene filmed like a hard film against her will .
His manager at the time, Federico De Vincenzo, the actors Fausto Zulli and Pino Igli Papali, the director Max Bellocchio and the producer Giuseppe Matera were targeted.

The latter, tried with the abbreviated rite, was sentenced to two years and ten months in prison in 2014, a sentence also confirmed on appeal.
