Four people are under investigation for the attack on July 27th at the Lainate service station (in the province of Milan).

The incident – captured on video on social media – involved a group of Palestinians and a family of French Jewish tourists.

From what we understand, among those under investigation is also the 52-year-old French man who was wearing the kippah, the first to bring the story to light and who was later reported in turn.

The charges, to varying degrees, are of assault and battery aggravated by racial hatred.
